form multiple lists

Hi
Is there any way to make the results of a form, changes list depending on the value of an item? I am making a web form on a selection of jobs, so I need to be overcome as phases appear in a list or other. I can think to put a value move the record to another list, is it possible? What would be your validation code? Another idea is that the same record appears in multiple lists presenting results differently, is it possible?
I attached a diagram of the database as I want it.
Any idea?

I solved it.
It's easier than I thought, I created a new menu item as fabrik / list and I applied in the right setting, a pre-filter and have chosen the items in the view. The first time you create the menu does not let you apply filters or items, but save and re-enter and there is everyone!
