Filters works strange

I try to use filters. And after using it first time I got results and it's Ok after it I reset all filters and I didn't see any records at all. Don't know how to manage this situation. Appreciate any help.

Problem is solved, but as I notice filters are reset incorrect. After reset filters some filters left. And only after I remove all filters records were shown.
