Filters not working

I'm pretty sure this is a mootools conflict with my template framework (YJSG), but have no idea how to resolve it. Filters and Display # aren't working on a development site I'm building. The page is:

Yes, it's an issue with your template, it's working fine with Protostar (just append ?template=protostar to your URL).
It's throwing JS errors

I have investigated this some more. It seems that the reason the template is throwing JS errors is because of a Fabrik conflict. My template is using $.cookie plugin. It's the requirejs problem that has been documented here before, but I don't think it's reasonable to suggest recoding a correctly written module to fix it, as has been suggested here in the past.

It is not conflicting with Protostar because that loads less JS files.
