Fabrik List Portability

I created a Fabrik list in Joomla environment A and now would like to export it and import it into Joomla Environment B. Different environment but same info required. Can I export a Fabrik list and import into another environment? Export the table on phpmyadmin and then import? What should I do?

Don't forget, it's not only a list, but there are form(s), group(s), elements, plugins etc involved as well.
