Error when creating a group

Hello.
Yesterday I've created a group related to an already existed form "Pedidos de Or?amento" and my Apache server retrieved this error:
View attachment 17248 It just shows a blank page saying error both in front and back end. I can't do anything, not even access phpMyAdmin. Do you have any clue why this is happening?

It doesn't sound like a Fabrik or even a Joomla issue if you also can't access phpMyAdmin

I just needed to reset the server. Still don't know what happened but it's solved now
