Greeting

Currently developing a portal where I need to enter the data using Fabrik form.

What do I do when developing, to make a system for tracking and recording logs. Example. When I open the one record, I want to see (in one fild) all the changes and logs (Who, When, What) in a certain record.

I have solved this partially creating separate tables using triggers on edit/delete functions.

well there is a log form plugin - but its not very good, It was kindly donated by a user and its showing its age.

Its just not well designed, and is overly complex, at some point we'll rip it all out and start again, so use it but be aware it could completely change at some point
