Date Picker-disable specific days

I'm trying to add a condition to the Date Picker to stop users being able to select Sundays or Mondays (it's part of a booking form and we are closed on those days.) I've already added the condition to stop users selecting past dates as described in the documentation and that is working great.

My question is; Is there a similarly easy way to disable certain days of the week?

there a both php and javascript disable date options for the date plugin, you would probably only need the js ones, so the idea would be to get the day of the week from the date and then decide if its selectable, see http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/date-element/#advanced for the docs on this feature
