date element: click on calendar doesn't open

on a form only of mine, that where is present a googlemap element (?!), I think it's another .js error. It works with Chrome but not Firefox/IE.

F12 in IE reports:

date-min.js, Riga 48 Carattere 141 (Calendar not defined)
J2.5.9

date is visible because default is "today date", but calendar doesn't open.

I tested in ie10 with a google map and date element and it loads for me.
Is the form on the site you have listed in my-site and if so which page?

solved setting date field width to 10, was 9 (obviously an error) due to attempting to minize page width, anyway thanks!
