Database corruption?

The same form appears twice in the forms list of one of my websites. It doesn't seem to be causing any problems, but I can't get rid of it; deleting either one puts them both in the trash.

It it showing the same id? Maybe it's only a display issue. Try to clear Joomla and browser cache.

Can you check directly in the DB with e.g. phpMyAdmin in #_fabrik_forms?

Yes same ID, not cache. Only one in the DB. If you delete either one, you get both listed in the trash.
