Custom form Templating - submit button not working

Hi

After following the custom contact form for building my own custom template, I can layout my fields and display them within the custom template (default.php) no problem, but when I go to click submit, nothing happens.

Do custom forms work differently with Fabrik 3.1rc2 and Joomla 3.2? Are there any updated guides on building custom forms or can you point me to the most recent guidance on it?

I presume this in on the site you listed in http://fabrikar.com/you/my-sites/ but which form and template are you using?
