Click on Element Date is closing Ajax popup window

Hi,
I have a list with an Edit button opening a popup window in ajax mode.
I have some element types working normally.
I added a date element and a click on it's picker button is closing my form (validating it !)

It should be not normal...

PS : it works normally in a full page form (not popup ajax)

Do you have a validation on the date element?

Do you have AJAX validations enabled for the form?

no validation for date
ajax validation for the form with plugins : PHP, email, receipt, redirect

I've tried with and without validation, don't seem to be able to replicate this.

All my problems are with Ajax popup windows
I'm working local with Uwamp with PHP 5.3.5. It's a portable version.
If it could be the server, what local server do you recommend ?

I set up a new site with J3.2. You can find infos on it in my profile.

1. Log in in front end
2. 'Fabrik' menu / List ContactsReply
3. Ajaxify Links 'Reply JS'
4. Group Reply
5. Element Answer Date --> a click on the calendar icon is closing the window !!!
   and Form is RECORDED

pretty much the same fix as the other post the url needs to be:

var url = '/index.php/?option=com_fabrik&view=form&formid=4&rowid=' + ids[0] + '&tmpl=component&ajax=1';
