Calendar Visualization missing Where Clause & Popup Template settings

Hello all.
I added a Fabrik Calendar Visualization, after watching a great video from this past December, where Robbie Adair gave a tutorial on Visualizations. I noticed that the "Where Clause" & "Popup Template" settings were missing in the Calendar Visualization settings. So, I thought that I may need to update GitHub to get the latest settings. So, I just got the latest Fabrik from GitHub and updated my site; but still the "Where Clause" & "Popup Template" settings are missing...
Also, is there anyway to make the events in the month view larger? The default font size is very small.
Any suggestions?

It's the fullcalender viz (calendar is deprecated).

OK; but why am I missing "fullcalendar" from my Visualization plugin dropdown, after updating with the Fabrik from GitHub, per the attached?

A GitHub update doesn't install plugins, you have to "discover"
