Solved Logs form plugin - Missing comma

Hi,

J4.4.9, F.4.4.1

when you click to add fields to be included/excluded from the log the fields are added but the comma is missing.

The comma needs to be added manually to separeate the field names.

Sort of fixed:
Text added to tooltip. ("Make sure to add the commas if using the Add button.")
