Warning message above form name

Hi all.

After update to github release 232, I got the following message in form/detail view, below site name and above form name:

error icon = exclamation-sign.png
stdClass Object ( [alert] => icon-exclamation-sign )

This was not showing before update.
I cleared browser and J! cache, tried with debug mode and the result is the same.

Searching my J! folder, I cannot find any file with that name.
