URL related Placeholders in Custom HTML Form Email

Tried multiple times on different forms, but not able to get clickable URL output in custom HTML Email Templates for following Fabrik standard Placeholders those containing URL

{fabrik_editlink}
{fabrik_viewlink}
{fabrik_editurl}
{fabrik_viewurl}

Even tried to generate custom URL from Display Element (The URL is nicely displayed in LIST, but not in received Email).

Strangely, other non-URL Fabrik, as well as Joomla Placeholders, are working.

Someone please check and confirm whether this issue is related to my domain or universal.

PS: Latest F! & J!. Run Plugins are enabled both in Form & Email Form Plugin

What are the symptoms? Does it not generate any link at all, or is it a non-working link?
