Ok, obvioulsy something already stopps during loading the plugin.
(Delta or Epsilon doesn't matter in this case I think).
Can you see JS errors in your browser console?
Do you have J! System debug on? This is sometimes breaking backend, ajax stuff etc.
It's good if you are chasing an error for getting the stack but I had several cases where the debug output was breaking Fabrik calls. So I usually have it off.
Similar with error reporting levels. Notices/warnings/deprecated messages are also breaking ajax calls, you usually will have some error like "unexpected character" in the browser console (and the message itself in the network tab).
