Tab Layout Not Wide Enough

I'm using fabrikar 3.0.5.2 and my table is wider than the form. How can I make the form as wide as the tabs at the top. See attachments for clarification.

Is this the same with all browsers?

My Joomla template: Eatoreh
My Browser: Chrome (tested in IE and other things went wrong, width not a problem)

It's your Joomla template setting
div.current {max-width:500px}
(it's ok with a standard Joomla beez5 template)

So add custom CSS to the tabs template, resetting this value:
add
#{$view}_$c div.current {max-width:auto}
to custom_css.php

Maybe I'm not doing it right because its still not working.

i copied the custom_css_example.php file from

components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl/default

move it to

components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl/tabs

and renamed it custom_css.php

i added the line of code

#{$view}_$c div.current {max-width:auto}

to components/com_fabrik/views/form/tmpl/tabs/custom_css.php

did i do something wrong? Thanks, troester!

Sorry, it should be {max-width:none;}

Firefox with firebug addon is a good tool to check/test/modify CSS.
