Support in French

Hi, i need support in French for a couples of SQL query, and also on some calc elements.
I have a form running fine, but i need to add some things to it.

Willing to pay, and/or take subscriptions plan, but i would like to have support in French, so maybe if one of this community member could help me in French, it would be better for me than a subscription plan.

Anybody interested ?

Je me d?brouille en anglais pour des conversations courantes, disons que je suis un bilingue de la vie courante... mais pour expliquer des requ?tes pr?cises et/ou des calculs que j'aimerais faire sur certains ?l?ments, c'est un peu plus compliqu?. Et en plus et bien le site et la base de donn?e sont compl?tement en fran?ais. Donc je me voyais mal donner un acc?s ? un anglophone, il risque de me poser beaucoup de questions juste pour trouver les infos.

Est-ce que je t'envoie mes demandes en MP ou bien je les poste ici ?

From what I understood of that, that although you are OK starting this conversation in English, you think that the technical questions would be too difficult to ask in English.

My suggestion would be that we do this as Pro support, and I make sure a couple of our French speaking members (lcollong and jfq) have access to it, and can help translate, while I provide the support. I can compensate them with some extra help on their issues.

Bon je vais essayer d'expliquer simplement ce que je souhaite faire.

Nous sommes en train de mettre en place un intranet pour notre usine. Nous avons 2 lignes de productions en continue 24h.
Les op?rateurs de chaque lignes doivent remplir un formulaire pour d?tailler les minutes d'arr?ts de la ligne. Pr?sentement ce formulaire est en version papier.
Nous voulons passer ? un formulaire ?lectronique, et les besoins sont de pouvoir exporter en CSV pour compatibilit? Excel et pouvoir imprimer sur demande. Donc apr?s quelques recherches, Fabrik me semblait tout indiqu?, car ces options sont existantes de base.

J'ai cr?? le formulaire compl?tement, il est fonctionnel et comporte 11 onglets (1 pour chacune des machines de la ligne), dont 10 sont r?p?table, car c'est un dropdown avec les raisons possibles d'arr?ts, une fois la raison choisie, l'employ? entre le nombre de minutes d'arr?ts et peut ajouter une nouvelle raison.
Tout ?a est fonctionnel.

Voici ou ?a se complique:

J'ai ajout? un 12i?me onglet, car on veut que chaque formulaire soit approuv? par le superviseur du quart. Donc je dois pouvoir avoir un r?capitulatif du nombre total de minutes d'arr?ts de chaque machine (onglet r?p?table), ainsi que le grand total de minutes d'arr?ts de la ligne, donc une somme de chaque total. Ensuite une fois que j'ai ce r?sultat, je dois pouvoir faire un calcul d'efficacit? avec, soit une formule simple lorsque l'on utilise Excel, du style : un ?l?ment nous demande combien de caisses que la ligne a produit, ensuite on v?rifie combien est le standard de ce produit, puis on obtiens la diff?rence du standard VS la r?alit?, et donc les minutes d'arr?ts doivent expliquer le r?sultat final.

Donc en gros, je suis capable de mettre en ?l?ment qui demande le nombre de caisses produites. Le superviseur devra entrer ce montant.
Mais ensuite comment mettre en place une v?rification du standard de ce produit (probablement une table sql avec les standard en caisses/minutes)... ensuite d?duire ce montant du total de caisses produite en r?alit?, et afficher la diff?rence de minutes d'arr?ts inexpliqu?es.

Bref, je trouve ?a difficile ? expliquer en fran?ais, alors en anglais...lolll

Si quelqu'un veut bien m'aider, je suis s?r que c'est possible, mais je ne sais pas comment commencer. Je peux ais?ment donner un acc?s ? un bon samaritain qui voudrait voir le formulaire.

The operators of each line must complete a form to detail the minutes of stops of the line. Currently this form is in paper form.
We want to switch to an electronic form, and the needs are to be able to export in CSV for Excel compatibility and be able to print on request. So after some research, Fabrik seemed right for me, as these options are basic.

I created the form completely, it is functional and has 11 tabs (1 for each of the machines of the line), of which 10 are repeatable, because it is a dropdown with the possible reasons for stops, once the chosen reason , The employee enters the number of minutes of stops and can add a new reason.
All this is functional.

Here's where it gets complicated:

I added a 12th tab, because we want each form to be approved by the supervisor of the watch. So I need to be able to get a summary of the total number of stops minutes each machine (repeatable tab), as well as the grand total of stops minutes of the line, so a sum of each total. Then once I have this result, I have to be able to calculate efficiency with either a simple formula when using Excel, in the style: an item tells us how many cases the line produced, then Verifies how much is the standard of this product, then one obtains the difference of the standard VS the reality, and therefore the minutes of stops must explain the final result.

So basically, I am able to put in element that asks the number of crates produced. The supervisor must enter this amount.
But then how to set up a check of the standard of this product (probably a sql table with the standard in boxes / minutes) ... then deduct this amount from the actual crates produced, and display the difference of minutes of stops Unexplained.
