Some Fields Not Showing Up in Details View

I have no idea why, but not all of the fields in my list/form are showing up in detail view. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason, either. Am I missing something?

Okay, after fiddling around with settings of each element (that should have nothing to do with whether they show up in detail view or not), I have managed to have all of my information showing in detail view with the exception of ID and date-time. The only way it will show up is if I un-hide it, but then people want to change it. How do I get the date and the ID to show up in detail view?
