Hi,

I have a form with several groups, for 1 group I have lots of radio buttons and the rendering isn't great (see image).

is it possible to set a specific template for this group, or is it possible to set a group within a group?

"Group within group" is not possible. If you set to render the radiobuttons as "button group" in element settings, it will automatically look a lot nicer. And to adjust further if needed, you can use your own css in form template's custom css file.
