SOLVED: Search all doesn't work with non-english characters

The search all is ok on my site, I can search/find

and ????????.

But I can see the missing settings in the CDD element, too.

As far as I know Greek letters '????????' is not '????????' (should be ????????, in this case it's working on my site)

In Greek the final '?' is '?'
This is my surname..

I believe you, but mySQL is showing lower( '?' )=?, so it won't find ?
Maybe doing an additional upper(element) regexp upper(searchstring) would help in such cases of non 1:1 relations.
