[SOLVED] Forms are not submitting

Fabrik 3.4 - Pulled the latest Github updates for Joomla3 yesterday at 11:54am EST

Issue started yesterday the 29th after I updated Joomla from 3.4.6 to 3.4.8

I am experiencing issues with several form pages that are not submitting. All forms are set up with only two plug-ins. Redirect to the next landing page, and the salesforce plug in. Even with both plugins turned off they still do not submit. The button does nothing. A developer I used recently for migration to J3 seems to think it is a Jquery issue... I am confused why 3 of the 7 forms work, as they are all set up identically.

I also have these Error Logs in my cpanel: Attached is the notepad file of those errors if that can help...

It's submitting with the Protostar template.
All your non-working sites have this slider module, the working ones don't have.
So I assume this module is breaking the JS

Thank you. I have unpublished those modules and you are correct. It is working now...
