Show internalid in email?

Sorry for such a basic question, I've searched the forums but didn't see the answer. I'm needing to show the internalid in the email results, I've tried both {mytable___id} and {mytable___id_raw} but does not pull the results in the email.

Am I using the correct placeholder?

After double checking, what I'm seeing is {mytable___id} works sometimes with pulling that ID # into the email, most of times not.
