Paypal plugin subscription

Good morning everyone.
i was looking for a way to create an annual subscription system, and i saw that there is the paypal plugin that would allow this.
I downloaded it and tried to install it (installation successful and "subscription" folder present), but I can't find the settings anywhere to make it work. I find no configuration to it.
Did I do something wrong or is it no longer working?

As far as I can see the last substantial changes are about 4 years ago. So no idea if it should be working.

I already read that wiki documentation.
But after installing the plugin, (it seems I can't find it in the plugin list). I can't find any paypal plugins or requests, neither in the lists, nor in the modules, nor in the elements, so I really don't know how to test it

It may install disabled. Did you enable the plugin?

it was the first thing i checked.
But there is not.
After uploading the package I got a "plug-in successfully installed" warning but I can't find it anywhere

It's a form plugin, it should show up if you are editing a form.

I had to enable it via php myadmin, now there is paypal option in the form. i will test if it works
