(SOLVED) my administrator site not working

Hello something strange happend my administrator site is not working show a blank form, i ask for support at my hosting company and they say this:

checking the administrator folder I have found that there is a coding issue under that folder \n\nError logs :
PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class Joomla\\CMS\\Form\\FormField, because the name is already in use in /home/public_html/administrator/components/com_fabrik/classes/39/FormField.php on line 22\n\n

Because I have tried to run a test file under that same folder \n\nTest file link : http://site/administrator/test.php
And the test file is running fine
I have tried to add .htaccess files as well to check rewrite engine but it seems to be an issue with the code under this file : FormField.php
In this case I would request you to contact a developer to solve this issues

we rename the folder and we are able to access the administrator site, but how we can fix this?

i did update via github all ready before posting here and same problem.

Using a database client of your choice (like phpMyAdmin), in the #__extensions table, find the row with 'name' plg_fabrik_system, and set the 'order' to -1.
