"Link to details"

Hi guys,

If I set "Link to details" to Yes it opens the form for edit. I'd like it to open the "detail" /view only. Do I need to use custom link or is there some setting to tell it which one to open?

Custom link.

And when building custom links, use relative, non-SEF'ed ones, using {rowid} as the (surprise) rowid, and if necessary / applicable, including the Itemid ...

index.php?option=com_fabrik&view=details&rowid={rowid}&Itemid=123

We will then run that through J!'s router, to create the SEF link (if SEF enabled).

The built in link will open according to the access of the person clicking the link. If they have edit access, they get the form, if not, they get the details.

Thanks. The description popup isn't clear: "If yes selected then the element's data will be hyperlinked to the form/details/view" Would be cool to have an option for "Form/Detail"

If you'd like to fund the work, I'd be happy to add it.

For now, setting up the custom link is a trivial workaround.
