How could the existing form be duplicated with a custom selection of desire elements

Hello,

How could the existing form be duplicated with a custom selection of desire elements?
I have a main form (backend) which has 30 elements and needs a lot of elements for the backend users.
But the end users only needs 5 elements.
So if duplicating list or forms, all elements would be duplicated and has to removed 25 elements from the child form.
Instead, is there any way it could be created with a selected number of elements?

In Fabrik Options/Global you can set "Unpublish cloned elements".

The as default all copied elements are disabled and you must enable only the ones you need.
It depends on your workflow which setting is better.
