How assign a list edit button in a register with a dropdown element?

i have a list and the user have to edit.. so the list edit button must to be activated..

the user will use the edit button to entry in the form, and the last element of the form is a dropdown with options 0,1,2,3

i would like when the user change the dropdown from 0.... to any other.. and save the form --> the edit button in the list will not appear.. in this register.. would be possible.. i can not imagine how to do..
