Google sheet import into form

I have a local file (Google sheet file) submitted by email. How does one import that file into a fabrik form or table?

E.g. with the list's CSV import button (if it's a CSV file)
If you need to modify or control the data you can add the list csvimport plugin.

Or with a php plugin doing the file and data handling yourself.
