Form: New feature: button public as topic in Kunena.

Hi!
Is it possible to create end key form for the help button
"Preview" - view a list of completed review the form
Then another key:
"Publish as my new theme for the Kunena Forum" in the category ... (ACL Joomla and Kunena ")
