Hi,

I want to make that Element (field) will appear depend of the answer of other element (dropdown) in the form.

For example: If the answer at the dropdown will be "YES" so the elements will appear.

How can I do it?

You can add show/hide functionality to your dropdown element by adding "JavaScript"s:
select the action (on load, on select, on change...)
select what you want to achieve in the last line (eg. show "other element" when this == YES)

I'm not sure if it would be YES, 'YES' or 1 (assuming 1 is your dropdown value, YES the label), just try.
