Dynamic table inside a form

Hi all.

I have no idea where to put this, so I put it here since I am trying the new 3.1b.

And I think I would have a hard time explaining what I need, so I put it in a drawing, made in the all mighty powerpoint :p

The goal is: when adding a new form, to have a "table inside a form", with the 3 fields I represented. As I imagine it, only a new line is shown and, when that "+" button is pressed, a new row is dinamically created.
But if this is not possible, I can live with a fixed numbe of available lines.

Would this be doable?
Thanks!

Are your three fields filled by the same user that fills the form (and fills the two first fields)?
If so, it is not a "table inside a form", they are all part of the same form. Just leave the 2 first fields in the group that was created at the same time as the list and the form, then add a new repeatable group in the form, with your three field inside the group.

also you can edit the second group and under the repeat tab select 'Template' = 'list' to show the elements side by side.

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
