By created form An error has occurred

I keep getting stuck when creating a new Form
will encounter this error message when saving.

Cannot use object of type PlgFabrik_ElementInternalid as array
and then vk3f0_fabrik_forms table is checked out
and it seems as if he has created a new group with that form name
and what's strange is that I see it when I create a new menu item in the Joomla main menu !!

Same problem here , the form is not created, only the group. Works fine if I create a List which will create a Form and a Group.

It's a known issue.
But you should only start with creating a form if you want it not to store into the database ( e.g. as a search form).

Usually start with creating the list.

Partial workaround: go to Groups and add the Form from there (the existing group can be assigned to the form). Unfortunately, the form will not save the info into the database.

Always start with a list. Once it is set up you can go back and delete the list without deleting everything else.
