bug? Can't apply filter with checkboxes

When using checkbox type for frontend filtering nothing happens...I would think that there should be an apply button to filter the list. If there is no apply button then the page should refresh after a checkbox is marked, correct? Running today's git as of about 11am Eastern.

I think it is working like the field filter:
list is filtered if you are hitting RETURN, or you can enable "Filter Trigger" = Submit button in list settings.

If it requires hitting return then there is no bug...but the UI definitely needs to be changed so it is clear the user needs to hit return on their keyboard in order to search. Thanks for letting me know where the filter trigger settings are...just blew by them!
