412 Error when saving the fabrik options

when I save the Fabrik-options I get this error:

412 Error

Your request got filtered out due to possible security issues.
One or more things in your request were suspicious (defective request header, invalid cookies, bad parameters)
If you think you did nothing wrong:

• try again with a different browser
• avoid any evil characters inside the request url

If you are the owner of the website, you can consider revising the rules of the mod_security module or turning it off from your Web Hosting Control Panel.

Have you tried logging off and logging on again?

What are the URLs are that are failing?

Are you using a hosted server? Has your hosting organisation implemented any mod_security or any new mod_security rules recently?

yes I have logged out an in, the same error.

I don't know this, must ask the provider.

You can try putting the following line in your .htaccess file in your site's root directory:

SecFilterEngine Off

This will disable mod_security altogether, so I would say it is OK to get you going again whilst you are developing, but you probably want mod_security back on again before you go live.

I think your first call should be to your hosting provider to find out why they have broken your site.

Oh - well I got that off the internet somewhere. I guess you need to speak with your hosting provider.
