I tried your following code for nesting a list within a form:
{fabrik view=list id=4 sf_activity___lead_id={sf_lead___id} showfilters=0}
It didnt work for me. I am trying to list all the cities within a State. This is my code:
{fabrik view=list id=27 clnet_lkp_cityname___city_related_state_raw={clnet_lkp_statecode___id} showfilters=0}
