White Screen when adding element

Hello today I tried adding an element and i got a white screen
when I turn debug on I got the following message

Fatal error: Access level to plgFabrik_ElementTimestamp::$_recordInDatabase must be public (as in class plgFabrik_Element) in /.../httpdocs/plugins/fabrik_element/timestamp/timestamp.php on line 141

Anyone has experienced that ? please help
Is there anyway that I can fix that without updating???

Also I forgot to say that I can edit any element the problem is only when adding
