upgrade to professional support

hi guys

i'd like to know if there is a guaranteed support for the professional subscription? i mean will my problems be attended to in the professional forum?

im a standard member and i have a lot of unanswered questions on the forums. i really need my questions answered to get my projects done.

im new with fabrik so i really need the support...

BTW my payment was received by fabrik dated may 29 but my account was activated june 4. when should i renew?
 
hi - if you have outstanding posts in the standard forums its probably best to re-post them in the pro forums, as we monitor those first (I saw your online help message, but am yet to see which posts it is you need specific answers to)
Not sure about the renewals, we still have lingering issues with the user group access not being correctly set when subscriptions are processed, I guess we'd take the activation date as the date to work out the expiration.
