Tag Module working?

Does anyone know if the Tag Module is working in F3.1 with J3?

I had the Tag Module working on my J2.5/F3 site. After migrating to J3/F3.1 over the weekend, the Tag Module is no longer displayed.

I use "{loadposition dtags}" to display the module within the Intro of this list:

The Tag Module should be right above the text "View All Scores"

well it wasn't working, but it should be now - probably could do with tidying up and Im not sure how it fits in now with the new Joomla tags system, but its working.
