[SOLVED]Autofill Form Plugin : work in one form but not in a second one

Hi,

I'm experiencing a strange issue.

I've created two forms :

One to enable customers to submit prescriptions and the other to submit inquiries.

This two forms are very similar regarding their access, fields and parameters properties.

They have each one the three same autofill fields : name, firstname, no_assure.

Both autofill plugins have the same parameters (excluding the

{"pbdf_fabrik_user_clients___no_assure":"pbdf_fabrik_user_demande_conseils___no_assure","pbdf_fabrik_user_clients___name":"pbdf_fabrik_user_demande_conseils___name","pbdf_fabrik_user_clients___firstname":"pbdf_fabrik_user_demande_conseils___firstname"} )

The "prescription" form is working well and the 3 autofill fields are displaying the correct data's.

But the "inquiries" form is displaying "pbdf_fabrik_user_clients___name" instead of the name, "pbdf_fabrik_user_clients___firstname" instead of the firstname etc.



I can't find why this is happen. I would appreciate if an Fabrik administrator could have a look.

Hi Hugh thanks for the reminder how important is it to share our solutions. I haven't posted the solution since there's no solution.

I have made a mistake in the form parameter which I haven't seen before posting this thread. Sorry for that.
