Send an email after client's order or file upload

hello ,

I need that each time a client makes an order in my website, i receive an email containing the client's name and the product's name.

also if i upload a file the client receives an email alerting him that his file was uploaded ?

How can I do that using joomla 3.4.8 ? does anyone have an idea about that ?
