Search All crashes when searching for numbers

Hi, I have very strange problem with the Search All functionality. It work fine when I search for letters or combined letters and number strings. But when I search for numbers only, for example "4170" it breaks and gives this error:

If difficulties persist, please contact the System Administrator of this site and report the error below.

0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (4170-01-01 00:00:00' AND '4171-01-01 00:00:00) at position 19 ('): Unexpected character

It is trying for some reason to convert the string I am searching for to a date.
Can anyone provide some help with that?

Did you include a date element into the search all elements (in list settings Details/Filters "Elements")?

Yes I did. I remove it and now it works fine. But is this normal? You cannot include a date element in search all?
