Good morning, I need to make in the field "email" of the database, the content is formatted to click and open the e-mail program with the address as the recipient. Thank you

Use a normal "field" element, set "Guess link type" = yes.
Additionally you can add an"isemail" validation.

That's Joomla's email cloaking. I thought we turned it off when rendering Fabrik content. I'll check when I'm near a computer. Meanwhile you could search for emailcloak.
