we have disabled Fabrik debug and error on joomla

but it continue to show this notice when I save the form with the confirm plugin

Does it only trigger this when using the Confirmation plugin?

Can you fill out http://fabrikar.com/you/my-sites with a backend login (I don't need ftp or mysql), so I can see your exact configuration. Create an superadmin account specifically for Fabrik, so you can disable it when we aren't actively working on an issue for you. Make sure you set the languages to en-GB for the account.

Also include in the notes section any information we need about which form / element, if it isn't obvious.

I send all the info, I found the prob is when I assign a confirm plugin to a form composed by multi join tables, the upload file doesn't do its job

OK. The confirmation plugin does still have issues with some combinations of settings and element types. I'll have to set up a test case here matching your setup. It'll take me a few days.
