I made a couple of attempts at trying to use a natural primary key, eg. identity card id, with a form pointing at an existing table. When the list/form is created Fabrik identifies the primary key correctly but assigns it as an internalid. I change that to field and then on the Advanced tab for the element I put:
The problem is that Fabrik inserts 0 into this field, no matter what I type into the form.
An easy response would be to just use an internal id and have the natural primary key as a separate field.
Well, I will do that, if there's no easy fix.

Read only NO
Auto complete NO
Input type - Text seemed the only possibility
