Missing validations in 3.0.6.1

just upgraded from 3.0.5.2 -> 3.0.6.1 and found that all the element validations I have used (e.g notempty) suddenly are not there in the element configuration anymore. Nothing happens when pressing [Add] either...

(Joomla 2.5.6, PHP 5.3.14, and Chrome)

Did you log out and clear all browser cache?

Tried it in IE9, and it is OK there.

Must be an issue with Chrome that I must investigate further.

Tested OK on IE9, Opera, FireFox and finally Chrome - at last I managed to clear my Chrome cache;D

(Sorry for not testing this elementary thing before posting.)
