List View Settings Checkbox Filter option question

I configured a List View Settings Checkbox Filter for one of my elements. The checkbox filter options display fine.

How do you execute the filter? Is it supposed to filter when you click on the checkbox, or is there supposed to be filter button somewhere?

I then tried using the drop down filter option and it works, it executes on drop down selection/change. Not sure how the check boxes filters get executed though.

Seems you have to trigger it with RETURN.
You can edit your list, set filter trigger to "Submit button".

Checkbox filter should trigger on change (like dropdown) or add a submit button automatically (like a range filter). It's a very new filter feature, seems this is missing.
