New Commercial Services Section
We have now opened a commercial services section here on the forum for registered users. If you have a Fabrik project that you wish to have someone work on for you, post it under Help Wanted. If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

No problem, but I will need to send you an account. As the database is for members only
I have done a little more testing and found that it only displays all the way across when logged on as an Super User, Displays fine when logged on as Registered Member

For your site it seems that the form needs to have its width set via css, so add this custom css (http://www.fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/form-and-details-templates/#the-custom-css-file) :
