JS error after GitHub update 187

I have the following error in my forms after updating today to the latest GitHub for joomla 3 :

The error is still there after update to GitHub 213.
The form can be submitted but the Ajax validation does not work and the tooltips (on the validations) are not displayed correctly (no hover effect).
