Is Fabrik the right extension for my needs?

Hi,

I posted this question on the joomla extension forum, and I was recomended Fabrik as a possible suitable extension. What do you guys think? Will Fabrik meet my needs?

"I am looking for a extension that enables logged in users to create new pages.

It is for a website/portal, where users can set rooms for rent.

On the pages created by the user, the user needs to fill in required fields about price, room size ect. The user is also required to upload images and write a description about the room. When the information is ready, the extension should create af page, with all information.

Then visitors should be able to search for certain criterias like room size, price ect., and the get a list of results, that meets their criterias.

I hope you guys can help me find the right extension I need..."​

Yes, this is all built in.

Create a list, add elements like room, size, price, + one element to store the userId
Set list access settings (e.g. public can view, users can add, only record "owners" can edit/delete)
Set elements as filter
...
